I am a licensed psychologist with specific training in health psychology and behavioral medicine. I received my PhD in Clinical Psychology from University of Miami and completed Psychology Internship at Warren Alpert Medical School at Brown University.
I enjoy working with clients to create transformative and long-lasting change. Mental and physical wellness are deeply intertwined, and I support clients in making changes to health behavior (sleep, stress, eating/activity) to support their mental well-being. I use a range of evidence-based treatments including motivational interviewing (MI), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills to support clients in achieving their mental and physical wellness goals.
